Serving people authentic italian food like back home.Graziano worked since he was a kid at his grandparents’ paneficio & gastronomia (deli) in Catania Learning the basic ingredients needed in Sicilian food. As a young man he attended the culinary Instituto Alberghiero di Giarre. There he learned how to perfect and combine his families’ secret recipes with international known Italian food.
